After making improvements in its Performance Management Process, The HON Company realized that it needed to communicate with and train all HON members to ensure proper implementation. Knowing DiffStrat’s experience in this area, HON asked for our assistance.
We designed two programs to meet its needs. The first program was a two-hour introduction to the HON Performance Management Process for members, which allowed participants to explore the basic concepts of Performance Management and provided an overview of the process. The second program was a six-hour session for HON leaders, a workshop that focused on developing coaching skills for helping members reach higher levels of achievement throughout the Performance Management Process.
