Recognizing the importance of becoming a more consumer-focused enterprise, Hearth & Home Technologies asked DiffStrat to create a training program to build awareness and foster new behavior. We created a two-part program to fill the bill. First, Focal Point was designed to introduce the concepts, principles, and guidelines of Consumer Focus to all HHT employees. Second, we produced Focal Point II to give HHT leaders the information and tools necessary to reinforce Consumer Focus in their work areas. Then to bring it altogether, we designed a survey to measure progress both short and long term.
