Competitive Selling

Allsteel dealer salespeople requested that Allsteel Inc. provide more training on competitive products, especially competitive information on complex office systems furniture.

When Allsteel called us, we designed a course that allowed the dealer salespeople to view different competitive workstations up close and explore all the aspects of the competitive products. Lots of hands-on experience combined with training on competitive selling strategies provided the participants with practical
knowledge they could use every day on the job.
